• FREE delivery: UK only, and will be send Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for in a bubble envelope to keep it protected on its way to you

What to Expect When Ordering Your Commission

I'm delighted you've chosen me to help you in creating a beautiful custom piece of art celebrating your beloved pet. Here's a simple guide taking you through the ordering process:

1. Initial Email
Before placing your order, please email me at artswerkbysoph@gmail.com with your pet's name and an email address that you're happy to be contacted on. This will allow me to receive your photos of your pet, and details of your custom commission.

2. Fill Out the Order Form & Send Your Pet Photo In
I'll then send you an order form to complete, where you can specify any personalisation requests, a delivery address, and other essential information needed to start on your artwork. Once filled out, simply email it back to me, along with a high-quality photo of your pet that you'd like me to work from.

3. Good to Go!
I will confirm the details of your order via email. At this point, you can proceed to payment on my website (which I will link in the email for you), and I'll begin working on your custom pet portrait!

4. Where the Magic Happens...
Your personalised pet portrait will be crafted with love, typically taking 7-10 days to be completed. You'll receive an email with an initial sketch attached before I proceed for your approval, to ensure I'm on the right path to creating something truly special.

5. Delivery
Once completed, your portrait will be carefully packaged and delivered to your specified address, ready for you to open and cherish forever.
